We utilize a broad set of high precision & high speed CNCs, casting, and forming equipment in order to have the perfect setup to yield the best quality. Pairing these capabilities with the power of chemistry, we can utilize various chemical bonding, gluing, fastening, and thermosetting techniques to further enhance the product.

POLYURETHANES
A material that still surprises many on how versatile and different the characteristics of polyurethanes can be. This material can be a better alternative to many materials, such as, metals, rubbers, plastics, foams, gels, and much more.
Polyurethanes can be formulated to withstand harsh environments, impact resistance, tearing, deforming, abrasion, chemical, and fire resistant; the list goes on.
They are primarily based on an ether or ester based polyol reacted with a di-isocyanate. The chemistry can be further modified with isomers, additives, and various chain extenders to yield products that are drastically different.
ACM
Short for aluminum composite material, is simply a polyethylene core bonded and sandwiched by two aluminum sheets.
ACM can be utilized in both interior and exterior applications. It is lightweight and typically used in architectural and outdoor sign products
ACRYLIC
Acrylic is known best for great aesthetics. It can be used as a glass substitute because of it's high clarity and glass-like appearance and can be used for both interior and exterior applications.
It performs well in the presence of a flame by having self-extinguishing properties.
Acrylic, also known as, poly methyl methacrylate, does not perform well in environments where it may come in contact with other chemicals.
HDPE
Also known as high density polyethylene, performs well in a wide range of temperatures, is smooth, mostly chemical resistant, UV resistant, great durability, and resists materials from sticking to it. Typically, fasteners are used to in joining HDPE. However, it does not weather well.
KYDEX
A good balance between PVC and acrylic. It is very durable, scratch resistant, and formable.
Kydex is commonly used in the transportation, medical, and laboratory environments because of it's acceptability for fire and toxicity levels.
NYLON
A widely used material, nylon has many benefits including impact, weather, and chemical resistance. It possesses high tensile strength, is durable, and light weight.
PHENOLIC
A product with layers of paper or glass (other materials can be used) impregnated with a resin. This leads to a durable, corrosion resistant, lightweight material, with great electrical insulating properties.
OTHER MATERIALS
